There is so much written about “being positive”, and it’s not for nothing.
In all my programs, I repeatedly emphasize staying in high vibe (whether you’re dating or in a relationship) and not getting sucked into daily negativity, which unfortunately is also a part of the world we live in.
When we’re CHOOSING to be positive, to focus on what IS working and what IS good (about ourselves, about others, about men, about relationships, about the world), we are capable of creating more positive outcomes for ourselves at a much faster speed!
This is the Universal Law of Energy and Manifestation (something I teach extensively in my VIP Leap Into Love Mastermind program, which is being released soon – you can get on the waitlist HERE).
Now, people who remain positive aren’t naive or unrealistic or disconnected with the “real problems”, as some critics would say.
They’re just consciously choosing to be positive through it all, because they realize that that’s how they’re going to get what they desire (the goal): by focusing on the good – and NOT by complaining, blaming, hating themselves or the world.
Truth be told, I work in a field where every single day I come across all sorts of energies – amazing loving energies, high energies, but also negative, ungrateful, aggressive energies.
And I won’t pretend to you that it never brings me down. Of course it does!
I do have my moments where once in a while, I receive a strange email that activates my nasty voices: “Why is this person so ungrateful? Why is this person projecting her triggers and patterns on me?”
And yes, it’s easy to go down that victim track, and focus and blame that one person who is acting strange – and then catch their energy and let yourself fall.
But then again, thanks to this work I do and teach, it has become rather intuitive and easy for me to SEE what I’m doing in that moment – getting sucked into a negativity that has nothing to do with me.
So What Do I Do?
I SNAP MYSELF OUT of such low-vibe thoughts and feelings!
It’s like getting an electric shock for a moment, that wakes you up and shakes you up, and makes you realise that you HAVE THE POWER TO STEP OUT of those negative feelings that you are currently experiencing.
You went down, yes, but you don’t have to stay there, and you definitely don’t have to stay there long!
And then you bring your focus back to the present and to what IS amazing in your life (which is A LOT, trust me)!
For instance, instead of focusing on a nasty email, here’s what I do:
I read the amazing testimonials from hundreds of my clients and readers in whose lives I’ve made a difference, I see the wedding invites on my work desk (that keep growing) and I FEEL the love of my hubby and baby, such wonderful wonderful things that my life is full of!
And then, when I’m full of this joy and gratitude, I don’t FEEL INSPIRED to stay and play along in any drama, negativity and “not enough” emotions.
It’s just not inspiring enough, yummy enough to my system anymore.
